Location on the beach was great. Room was not so great and a bit noisy from the street, but if you want to party it's a great place to stay. (middle in the party street)

the location was excellent 2 minutes from beach and main strip of restaurants and shops and massage parlours. However the hotel website is misleading..

I didnt like the arrival to the hotel, having to walk down through what looked like a hurricane field from your taxi..as the hotel is located on a pedestrian sea side building.. entrance left us horrified at first.. reception to hotel then is like an internet cafe and breakfast is served in a different cafe.. location is the only plus side to the hotel..Very expensive for accommodation on this island in general.

For only staying one night it was truely an amazing experience. It is close to the airport with a free service of transer from and to the airport. The hotel is only 2 months old. So everything is new and very clean. And the people are very friendly and helpfull. We really enjoyed the stay and if we come back we defenitly want to stay there again.

its close to the airport so its not close to bangkok city center.

Nice position, value for money, nice sea view from the large balcony.

Well... For Koh Tao it's ok... But there are things we didnt like, such as the staff (too cold, a bit rude and bad english speaking), breakfast takes 20 minutes to be served and it's the poorest ever, rooms are not made evryday (just at the arrival): it means that if you need drinkable water, a fresh towel or even toilet paper you have to buy them by yourself in the shops (note: they dont tell you this in advance: you discover it the day after by yourself.......). Reception close at 10pm... I suggest this hotel for max 1 or 2 nights: if you want a wilde one, there are much more wild and "typical" on the island, while if you are looking for a bit of confort there are also many other nicer places located on Sairee beach.

Location, it is right in the middle of Sairee Beach with absolute beach front if you have Sea View Rooms. Spacious rooms. Anyone must make his/her research before booking this hotel. With such a central location and being at the happening beach on Koh Tao, of course the noise level during the night is unavoidable. The rooms are clean and daily cleaning is done despite of other earlier comments form travelers.

Wrong location for those who want to have an idyllic holiday on Koh Tao; Go to Tanote or Auw Lek but certainly not to Sairee Center. The staff is okay however everything is done without passion. Breakfast okay but hey there are plenty of better places for breakfast.

Its location on the beach. The best thing about the hotel is the the spot on the beach which is very scenic with the stone surroundings and feels secluded from everything else (i.e. further away from the noisier neighbours). The ONLY rooms recommended are the sea view rooms (which are few and usually booked)! The other ones face the street and it is not as nice (especially for the UNFAIR price of 2,500 BHT per night!). The hotel has the accommodating Good Times Adventures/ Diving and bar downstairs. The restaurant/ cafe bar should be nice when the reform is completed (it's not so nice now that it's ongoing). The staff were very warm and accommodating in providing towels and arranging boat tickets and transport to the pier and other locations on the island (but you have to ask). The breakfast was provided at a cafe bar right behind the hotel (near but no sea view).

The price is definitely NOT value for money. For those rates, below are some recommendations for what is the MINIMIMUM expected: - general amenities should be a LOT nicer starting from the hotel lobby which looks like a travel agency and a family house with nowhere to sit or 'lobby' around in - the rooms could have a nicer more thoughtful decor and better looking bathroom/ showers which feels like a backpacker place - there is nothing BOUTIQUE about it except the name, - the hallways and entrance of the hotel could have more of feeling of a hotel than a university college rooms - safe boxes should be placed in teh rooms rather than kept downstairs at the lobby (it feels more unsafe) - generally management should make a better effort (and investment using the money they charging hotel guests) to make it look like a less like a local family-run guesthouse - staff (while warm and friendly) could let you know in advance what the ammenities can be provided by the hotel (so guests are better informed) The pictures on the website (which makes the customer ok with paying the price) do not match with the reality. Of course it did not help that the restaurant/ bar downstairs was under construction but generally the customer thinks from those pictures that the hotel is in a secluded area and in a building alone from everything else. Whereas in reality it is on a busy street with lots of other shops and businesses around. Final comment is that the small dirt road (or so-called 'entrance') leading to the hotel from the main street (where a car/ taxi coming from the port would drop you off) is really unattractive and unpleasing. The hotel has a lot going on but it seems like there is lack of interest, magement and investment in making the place more accommodating to guests who fit, and are willing to pay, that price-range. Otherwise you just feel unfair, slightly cheated and like the owners a bit greedy with the money that is paid for those rooms.

the room was huge, beds were comfortable, cleaned daily, bar below for average food but brilliant mojitos. Staff were attentive and helped with everything. Sunsets from sea view room, you must upgrade! Magical

Not too much, shower pressure was rubbish but who needs a power shower in paradise.
